We are not a brokerage. We are not a fund. Alrifai Real Estate is a private holding company that acquires, owns, and operates commercial real estate across Ontario, with the discipline of an institution and the conviction of a founder who has skin in every deal.

Every property in this portfolio was acquired by one person, with one set of interests. There is no investment committee, no LP base to satisfy, no quarterly redemption pressure. When we move on a deal, we move. When we hold, we hold.

We pursue assets where others hesitate: power of sale acquisitions, underperforming properties with real upside, industrial assets in supply-constrained markets. We buy what we understand and operate what we own.
